1. Services Description

Good Ol Pool Service provides residential pool and spa maintenance, cleaning, chemical balancing, equipment inspection, and repair services. Specific service details, frequencies, and inclusions are described on our Services page or in your service agreement.

2. Scheduling & Access

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your pool and equipment on scheduled service dates. If access is not available, we reserve the right to skip the service and apply our missed-appointment policy. Please secure pets and ensure gates are unlocked or access codes are provided in advance.

3. Billing & Payments

Service fees are billed according to the plan or estimate you agreed to. Payments are due as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services. We accept major credit cards, checks, and other methods as communicated at booking.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel a service by contacting us with reasonable notice. Recurring service cancellations may require written notice as specified in your agreement. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations.

5. Equipment & Repairs

Repair and replacement estimates are provided before work begins, unless otherwise agreed. We use commercially reasonable efforts to diagnose and repair equipment issues. We are not liable for pre-existing equipment failures or manufacturer defects beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Good Ol Pool Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Unless otherwise stated in writing, we do not guarantee specific water chemistry results or equipment lifespan, as these depend on usage, environment, and existing system conditions.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation. All content on this site is owned by or licensed to Good Ol Pool Service and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
